What are your Store Hours?

Where is FLEXX Productions Located?
We are located at 1833 East Harmony Road Unit 19 in Fort Collins, CO. Contact us for specific directions.

How far in advance do I need to book?
The sooner, the better. This helps insure the availability of equipment. Once the equipment is reserved for your event, you are guaranteed that equipment. Orders may be changed up to 3 days before your event. Orders that need to be changed after the 3 day deadline could be subject to a stocking/re-stocking fee.

Will you deliver to my area? Is there a fee?
We will deliver anywhere in Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska and Utah area for a delivery fee. Delivery charges are based on mileage. Please contact us for specific rates.

What are the Payment/Deposit procedures?
A Visa or MasterCard is always taken at the time the order is placed for security purposes but you do not have to use that as the method of payment. We also accept cash and check. A 25% deposit is required at the time the order is placed. Please see our cancellation policy for further details regarding deposit. The remainder of the payment is due the day the equipment is delivered.

What is the Damage Waiver?

Damage waiver is 10% of the total bill and provides protection for equipment under accidental breakage. It does not cover wax or burn holes on linens. The customer may choose to not have the damage waiver on the contract, but assumes all responsibility for rental equipment and must sign a waiver to decline damage waiver PRIOR to event. Current replacement rates can be obtained through FLEXX Productions Management.

What are your order changes/ cancellations procedures?
It is not unusual for guest counts to change as the event date approaches. We encourage you to make a "best guess" estimate when placing your original reservation and make adjustments as you become aware of the needs. Changes to your order can be made up to 3 days before your delivery date, subject to stock availability. Cancellations made after the delivery of your rentals, installation of tents or dance floors, or pick up of your rentals at our showroom will forfeit all payments.

What are the differences between tents and canopies?

First and foremost please, check with the person/site that is using these terms. In the rental industry, a canopy is defined as a covering that is used for shade This is something that the customer puts up and does not hold up to wind or rain because canopies are not designed for versatility. FLEXX Productions does not offer canopies, but does offer a variety of tents: Clearspan tents, Frame Tents, Pole tents.

Emergency Info:
If you discover a missing or damaged item, notify us immediately. We will note it on your contract. Lessee is responsible for equipment from the time rented to time returned. All equipment should be stored in a protected area. We do charge for missing, broken, damaged and stolen items. If you have a problem with the equipment please call us!
