DIFFERENT TYPES OF TENT RENTALS
Tidewater Tents
A tidewater tent (also known as a sailcloth tent) is very similar to a pole tent. The difference lies in the material. This tent is made from durable sailcloth material that allows light to pass through during the day and patterns to be created and reflected from it during eventing events. It has shaped peaks and rounded edges that look stunning against any backdrop. Since this tent glows at night, it’ll definitely be easy to find. It adds an element of romanticism that is popular for wedding tent rentals. No worries with the weather, however. This type of tenting material is like the cloth of sails and made to be 100% weatherproof. Add on a flag or pennant to the peak for added charm.
Clearspan Structure Tents
Clearspan tents are popular for big parties, such as weddings and corporate events. They feature no poles in the middle, so guests can mix and mingle without worrying about tripping on any tent structure inside the tent. This creates a wide, open space that is perfect for setting up a stage and dance floor, or having an entertainment area. With the frame on the outside, you’ll have use of the entire space underneath this tent, which means you can seat more people comfortably than in other types of tent rentals.
The Clearspan tents that FLEXX Productions feature have many different sidewall options, including solid walls, window walls, clear walls, and fabric or glass doors that can be added on. You can also add on an “apse end,” which is a clear top half-octagon covering. These tents can be staked or weighted.
Clearspan tents are popular, year-round tents since they are made to withstand all types of weather. Similarly, with all of our sidewall options, these make great winter-weather tents since you can easily heat them. They feature the typical A-frame roof that gives them a European look and can be both grand and romantic. Perfect for wedding receptions, VIP lounges, sporting events, exhibitions, or even temporary warehouse use, clear span tents are durable tents you’ll love.
Pole Tents
Pole tents are one of the original kinds of tents. They feature poles in the middle, which create the high peaks that most people recognize in pole tents — and that a lot of people love about them. They are easy to adjust for whatever size you need and they are easy to put a floor underneath. They do require a slightly larger area for staking purposes, but you can add in sidewalls to create an even more intimate setting.
FLEXX Productions offers an array of pole tents in many sizes for your particular event, such as a graduation party, birthday party, summer barbeque dinner, wedding reception, or non-profit fundraiser. These tent rentals go fast, so call today to book!
Frame Tents
Frame tents create miniature frames with tall peaks in the center. These popular tents are smaller sized, and many people put them side-by-side to create smaller “rooms” next to each other. These are great if you want to create a sense of intimacy within groups, yet still be a part of a huge event. Popular for music festivals, corporate functions, and events with vendors, these frame tent rentals can suit all of your needs.
FLEXX Productions offers frame tents for your next gathering. Easy to put up and take down, these tents are also popular to use in conjunction with our other tent offerings, such as our larger clear span tents. They also have no interior poles, which makes for mixing and mingling easier.
