We recently executed the Larimer County Boys and Girls Club event last week – and it turned out great!
We set up all of the tables, chairs and linens shown in the photo above. The combination of large round tables and high cocktail rounds gave the event great look and of course was efficient with the flow of the event.
We used white spandex behind the stage, which gave the stage a great look – Various up wash lighting was used throughout the room, and on the spandex. The auction tables were positioned perfectly, and on black linen – I personally love black underneath auction items, as this color makes the items POP, instead of fading into white linens.
Look at all those tables! Everything from the linens to the chargers on the tables – The tablescapes can either be an eyesore, or complementary to the event design itself.
